The Holiday Advent Calendar with a purpose – 24 Good Deeds

Now that it’s November, it’s inevitable that we all start thinking about the holiday season and how to show a year’s worth of appreciation to those we care about.  If you’re looking for something unique and truly in the spirit of the holiday season, look no further than the 24 GOOD DEEDS charity advent calendar.

The 24 GOOD DEEDS charity advent calendar is exactly that: an advent calendar where, instead of a piece of candy or other little trinket, each of its 24 doors reveals an opportunity to donate to a great cause for the holidays.  The calendar raises funds for 24 social and environmental projects by Canadian based charities doing work both in Canada and around the globe through its Charity Advent Calendar. For a minimum contribution of $24 you’ll discover behind each of the calendar’s doors what your donation will achieve. Projects are carefully selected to ensure a long-term impact of the donations received by the organizations.

Since launching in Canada in 2020, the 24 GOOD DEEDS charity advent calendar has implemented a total of 408,979 GOOD DEEDS both in Canada and around the world. The 24 participating projects are chosen under a strict selection criterion with the goal of supporting projects that are sustainable, impactful and transparent in the areas of Nutrition, Health, Education and Environment. This year, the 24 charity projects that have been selected are going to be implemented by the following charities:

Anishanwbe Health Foundation, Health Partners International of Canada, True Patriot Love Foundation, Canadian Women for Women in Afghanistan, Fred Victor, Pan African Centre for Climate (PACC), Engineers Without Borders Canada, Fondation Paul Gérin-Lajoie,Variety, the Children’s Charity, Heart, Links Lazos de Corazón, Second Harvest, Ryan’s Well Foundation, Cheetah Conservation Fund Canada, Elizabeth Fry Society of Mainland Nova Scotia, Help Lesotho, Alzheimer Society of Ontario, CWH Foundation, Nankind (legal name: Nanny Angel Network Inc.), Start2Finish Canada, Water Project Kenya, Colorectal Cancer Canada, One Girl Can , and Glowing Hearts Charity.

The 24 GOOG DEEDS charity advent calendar can be purchased in digital or 3D physical form.  The IRL option is printed with plant-based ink on grass paper and comes in its own beautiful envelope for easy gifting.  This is truly the gift that keeps on giving.  To learn more or to purchase a calendar for the upcoming holiday season, head to www.24gooddeeds.ca.
