TESTED: The Cuisinart Juice Extractor

Over the years, I have to admit, I’ve had a been love for fresh juice. Whether on a trip to tropical climates or picking up some fresh-pressed from a local store, it’s always been something I’ve enjoyed. That being said, I’ve never taken the time to make it for myself at home, that is until now.

I recently moved and, with that, pledged to myself that I would be better about the way I live and eat. Now don’t get me wrong, I exercise daily, work out, eat reasonably healthy while also trying to get a balanced diet, but as we all know, most still struggle with that, and for many, that’s where juicing comes in.

Let’s be honest; I’m probably not going to eat two apples, three oranges, a bunch of carrots, some cucumber and half a lime in a sitting, but I may have exactly that for my daily juice. Lately, I’ve been doing just that as I test the Cuisinart Juice Extractor.

The Cuisinart Juice Extractor works perfectly to make fresh, delicious juice every time.

From easy prep to easy cleaning, I have to admit, I’ve been quite impressed with the quality not only of the device itself but, even more so, the delicious, clean, fresh juice that is made effortlessly.

Now while clean-up is super easy, like any juice extractor I’m sure on the market, there is a bit of clean-up needed right after you finish, as it’s so much easier to clean it all before the remnants all dry on. So for the clean-up, my only piece of advice would be to scoop the romance out and rinse the extractor and all its removable parts right after you finish your daily juicing.

We started our testing with some softer fruits and berries, orange, grapefruit, strawberries and worked out our way into carrots, apples, and anything else we wanted to add, fruit or veggie, all you have to do is pre-cut any pieces that will be too big to fit through the shoot.

Once you’ve done that, you can make all the juice your little heart desires, and once you see how easy it is like I did, you’ll probably be juicing all the time, just like I have been.

On top of making an excellent juice extractor, Cuisinart also produces cookware utensils, spatulas, peelers, can openers, and more crafted from recycled fishnets pulled from the ocean. The handles capture the essence of the seashore with deep blue and aqua tones.

Not only are they a great pop of colour to add to your cook time, but we also love that they are made from recycled material, and we know we need more of that!

So if you’re also looking for some cookware utensils, make sure to also check out the Oceanware collection from Cuisinart.
