While winter may not technically have arrived quite yet, it sure does feel like it. With snow underfoot and those blustery winds winding their way through the streets, it’s the time of year that we make sure we have all the necessary gear to look good and keep warm. So, I searched for some trendy but comfortable winter gear. That gear includes warm beanies or, as we like to call them, tuques, a couple of scarves, and a great pair of gloves.
I looked for men’s accessories, including those mentioned above and so much more. There are so many great accessories for men, from belts, bowties and bracelets to sunglasses, suspenders and scarves. For now, though, we’ll focus on what we need for winter.
So here are some accessories that I love that will not keep you looking your best but will also help to keep you warm as the cold weather sets in.
A Warm Beanie/Tuque
A warm beanie is a must for any fall or Canadian winter. I love a simple, warm style and, if possible, looks good. The kai black kane beanie is what I’ve been wearing, and this holiday season makes a great go-to for you and the perfect stocking stuffer for someone else.
It’s warm, comfy, and pretty much goes with anything. It’s a great pick to add to your collection.
A Great Hat
If you’re looking for something a little fancier than a beanie, you should try a paperboy cap. My grandfather always wore one every fall and into the winter, and every time I see this style of hat similar to the brown navy checkered moda flat cap shown above, these caps will make a statement and keep you warm.
Available in all different colours and patterns, this will help keep the heat in when running errands or heading to holiday parties this season.
A Comfy Scarf
Winter without a warm scarf is, well, not a good idea. So, if you’re anything like me, it’s an excellent plan to have a light scarf, a medium and one that’s so heavy nothing can get through. I’ve pulled a couple that are perfect examples of a medium scarf and essential for our current weather.
Just find some in colours that work with your wardrobe and coats, make sure they are comfy, and you’re good to go!
A Quality Pair of Gloves
Whether you’re driving, walking or building a snowman with the kids, having at least one warm pair of winter gloves is necessary, and if you can also find some that are stylish, even better.
These gloves offer warmth, are comfy and are super stylish, so you’ll be able to enjoy the winter while looking like your love every moment in style and not breaking the bank to do so.
So, if you’re looking for something for yourself, for your other half, or a present for someone special this holidays season, the gift of warmth and style is always a winning bet.
