SXSW 2025, the 38th edition of Austin’s iconic festival, has officially wrapped—and while this year’s festivities felt a bit more intimate, the talent on display was anything but scaled back. With fewer venues and a slimmed-down showcase lineup compared to previous years, the energy at the festival might have been a little quieter, but the performances were undeniably powerful. As Copenhagen’s biggest street party and electronic festival, Distortion brings over 100,000 music lovers to the streets of its various neighbourhoods. Throughout the five-day event, the city is filled with everything from dog parades, communal dining experiences, skateboarding events, documentary screenings, and of course street parties.
