On June 6, 2025, Manga Hotel Group officially commemorated the opening of TOOR Hotel, part of JdV by Hyatt, in Downtown Toronto, Ontario. The 33-storey building Includes the 2-level MUSE Bistro + Bar and 179 upscale rental residential units as part of the 203 Residences, situated atop TOOR Hotel.
Distinguished guests included Premier of Ontario Doug Ford, MPP for Brampton East Hardeep Grewal, Scott Richer of Hyatt Hotels, representatives from Destination Toronto, Ontario, Restaurant Hotel & Motel Association (ORHMA), Greater Toronto Hotel Association (GTHA) and valued community partners. The celebration featured a ribbon-cutting ceremony and a reception with food and drinks hosted at MUSE Bistro + Bar.

We had the privilege of touring the incomparable TOOR Hotel that offer 234 guest rooms and suites with a range of elevated amenities, including destination dining at MUSE Bistro + Bar, valet parking, a 1,500 square-foot fitness centre, a2,715 square-foot southern terrace on the 14th floor, and an additional 1,100 square feet of meeting and event space. Guests and residents alike can enjoy these amenities as well as unobstructed views of Toronto and Lake Ontario from floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the entire building.

Another amazing feature were the accessible rooms with large bathrooms for wheelchair users to turn around in, bars for leverage and support and all switches and buttons at a lowered level for full access.
The entire hotel is sophisticated with beautiful lounging areas, purposeful interior design and art from Toronto designers in every room. The TOOR hotel brand is named after CEO of Manga Hotels Sukhdev Toor, which will open a second location under the TOOR hotel brand in Soho, New York.
