The RISE Sunshine Sour


1 oz Tanqueray Malacca Gin / Seedlip Grove 42

¾ oz Fresh Pressed Orange Juice

1 oz Mangosteen Tea Cordial

3 dashes Noroi Vegan Cocktail Foamer (or ¾ oz egg white)

2 oz RISE Classic Orange & Turmeric Kombucha



In a shaker, combine first four ingredients and add ice. Shake until properly chilled and diluted – about 15 seconds. Strain into chilled coupette glass or champagne flute and top with 2 oz of RISE Classic Orange & Turmeric Kombucha. Garnish with an orange twist and enjoy!
