SXSW 2025, the 38th edition of Austin’s iconic festival, has officially wrapped—and while this year’s festivities felt a bit more intimate, the talent on display was anything but scaled back. With fewer venues and a slimmed-down showcase lineup compared to previous years, the energy at the festival might have been a little quieter, but the performances were undeniably powerful.
Over 1,000 artists descended on the city of Austin, and we had the chance to photograph more than 75 of them over the course of the week. From buzzing day parties to late-night sets, our cameras captured the spirit, sweat, and sound of this year’s festival.
