Liquid Shampoo and Conditioner
While it seemed that I used to be able to use just about anything to wash and condition my hair, nowadays, it seems rather the opposite. Most products I used to use I can no longer as my scalp seems to hate most shampoo on the market.
It could be harsh chemicals used in the products or the supposed fragrance that lurks in many products we use. So, over the last year, I’ve switched to fragrance-free shampoo and conditioner for the most part, and my scalp is doing so much better because of it.
So when I found out that The Unscented Company make a liquid daily shampoo and conditioner, I just had to try them out for myself.
The Unscented shampoo leaves your hair and scalp feeling clean and fresh without any harsh chemicals to aggravate or bother your scalp. The same goes for the conditioner, which gives your hair the nourishment it needs, leaving it looking its best.
Now, once your hair is clean, we need something for the body, and that’s where some liquid body soap comes in handy.
Liquid Body Soap
While I do love me a good bar soap, after using the unscented body soap, I must admit, I’m a bit fan.
Not only will the liquid body soap leave you clean and fresh and with super soft skin, but it’s made of over 93% plant and mineral-based ingredients, so it’s great for everyone, including those with super sensitive skin or aversions to fragrance.
Shampoo and Conditioner Bars & Deoderant

Now, like many, I am used to wearing scented deodorant, but since I am the man that tests products for a living, I wanted to test the unscented deodorant, and here’s the thing I learned: If you aren’t sweating profusely from your armpits, then in theory, they shouldn’t smell and thus should;t need a scent to cover them up.
I was skeptical, but like most things, I think we’ve been told we need to cover everything with fragrance when in most cases, that’s probably not true.
So, for 30 days, I used unscented deodorant and just like the scented, it did its job, and oddly, I didn’t notice a difference after a while. I just smelt clean instead of deodorizing with scent.
Did it work? Yes, is it for everyone? Maybe not, but it’s an effective alternative for those not wanting or unable to deal with the fragrance.
The Unscented Company Lotion
When I was 20, I probably didn’t even know that people used body lotion (chuckles to himself). Skip ahead 20 years, and I should probably start producing my own since I use it so much. That being said, over the last few years, I’ve started becoming mindful of what I put on my skin and thus, when I saw that The Unscented Company made a body lotion, I just had to try that too.
