Simple Skincare Routine For All Skin Types

Combining different skincare treatments might be difficult. Not to forget that determining your skin type may be challenging enough. There are so many products to choose from—but which should you use in your daily regimen?

Finding a dependable skincare routine doesn’t necessarily entail trying to sort through what seems like an infinite number of products geared for various skin types. Even if you don’t want to go all out when it comes to your complexion, there are only a few skincare ingredients you’ll need.

Use a facial cleanser

A facial cleanser is generally the first step in any skincare regimen, and this is an item that should not be skipped in your routine. To begin your day on the right foot, use a no-rinse cleansing solution, such as micellar water to start your morning off.

Cleanse again

Sometimes, you may wish to cleanse a second time, such as having more greasy skin or experiencing a breakout. Step up to the sink and use a mild wash-off cleanser designed for all skin types if you believe you need extra cleansing. You should try double cleansing with a clay-based facial cleanser like the L’Oréal Paris Pure-Clay Detox & Brighten Cleanser, which helps to cleanse dirt and impurities without drying out the skin.

Facial serum

After washing your face, apply a facial serum to your skin. Don’t be scared by the term serum; while there are many different types of serums (with a wide range of active components), you usually can’t go wrong with a hyaluronic acid serum if you’re going to choose just one to use in your routine.

Hydrate using moisturiser

Whether you have sensitive, regular, or oily skin, cleaning and moisturising should be non-negotiable elements of your skincare routine. There are plenty of moisturisers out there, but a urea moisturiser is good for softening rough or callused skin on the feet, knees, and elbows. Try Babor skincare for dependable and developed care that keeps your skin looking great.

Nourish around your eyes

You pay a lot of attention to your face when you shower it—but what about your eye region? You shouldn’t ignore it! The delicate skin around your eyes can be one of the first areas to show visible signs of ageing.

Don’t underestimate sun protection

For those of you who go out in the sun during the day, this one’s for you (so basically, it’s for us all). Apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of 15 or higher every day and reapply at least twice each hour, even if it’s raining or there’re clouds.

Try face masks a couple of times a week

You may use several face masks at once instead of using only one. Multi-masking is a popular skincare trend that involves applying many masks to various regions of your face simultaneously.

Lastly, exfoliate

The frequency with which you should exfoliate is determined—while some individuals can tolerate exfoliating daily, others may only be able to do so once or twice a week. Consider how your skin feels after applying each product to determine which one is ideal for you. Once you’ve figured that out, use an exfoliating scrub as part of your weekly beauty regimen.
