Preview: Electric Island, Sven Vath

Electric Island is back for the summer, kicking off its first of four dates this long weekend on Monday, May 19th. Grab a blanket, bring some friends, and be ready for a day of good music and an even better view of the city’s Lakeshore.

This Monday, you’ll be hearing music from Sven Vath, Mano Le Tough, Daniel Avery with support from Jamie Kidd, Raf Wat & Chorniy, and Jonathan Rosa.

If you’re not sure who to check out first, we’d recommend dropping by for the legendary Sven Vath. With over 32 years of DJ experience, this German-native has a deep, unique sound ranging from electronic in his earlier years, to the deep tech you’ll likely be hearing Monday. Check it out for yourself:

Daniel Avery, on the other hand, just released his new single, “Knowing We’ll Be Here” that we bet you’ll be hearing this Monday.

With a forecast of 19º, this event will the perfect way to kick off the summer season. Electric Island is fully licensed, so you’ll be able to get your brew on while enjoying the holiday. There’s also food available and a dance floor that you won’t be able to resist.
