My good friend Cory reached out to me and invited me to the “L is For” dinner. This dinner was a six course adventure with chocolate infused into each dish, and paired with a perfectly matched wine.
Eyal Liebman, the mastermind and founder behind “L is For”, had prepared for us what we found out was an amazing experience that featured poultry in amazing dishes with Valrhona chocolate woven in, paired with wonderful wines from Chateau des Charmes selected by Rebecca Meir-Liebman.
The evening was kicked off with wonderful cocktails by Sarah Jones. I started with Castries Punch, which was a delicious and refreshing drink. (Check out the ingredients and other selections from the night below)
Then we moved onto the main event. While I felt that the whole meal was an amazing experience, what really stick out was the Quail Valrhona Jivara Lactee and the Duck & Valrhona Opalys (which may become one of my top 5 desserts ever. (Check out the entire menu below)
