As I’m sure most of you know by now, one of my favourite spots in Toronto in the stunning Shangri-la Hotel. Boasting a beautiful space, amazing design while still being comfortable and feeling like you’re coming home. And while all of that is amazing, nothing compares to the staff they have, and the hospitality they provide. From their servers in their fabulous restaurants, all the way to the top of the chain, each and every member is meticulous in their service. So when I was invited to the #iheartbosk Influencers dinner (Bosk being their wonderful restaurant found on the main floor) I of course had to say “yes!” and what a night it was!
The dinner was hosted by the fabulous Daniel Desforges (www.dothedaniel.com) and the guests were all influencers, bloggers, and PR experts, and we all received and experienced the best that Shangri-la has to offer.
We started off the night with a tour of the hotel, and also a view into the luxurious “Garden Suite”. That was my favorite part of the tour, especially since I ended up winning the dinner competition with the most retweets of the night under the hashtag #iheartbosk (which trended in Toronto and Canada). We then started off the evening officially with two of their signature drinks, the Zamboni and the Hat-Trick (shown below)
We then went on to enjoy an evening of wine, fabulous conversation and amazing food from master chef Damon Campbell.
