Dear Rouge at the Danforth Music Hall

Dear Rouge brought an energetic set to the Danforth Music Hall on October 18, with Ellevator’s dreamy sounds and Modern Space’s lively performance as support. The band’s latest album Phases, which was released earlier this year, is a pop rock gem full of glossy, powerful tunes. They certainly did not disappoint live. Vocalist Danielle McTaggart commanded the show with a larger-than-life presence, bouncing around stage during the more upbeat numbers and bringing a hush to the crowd during softer, emotional songs.
