It’s the first long weekend of summer, and if you’re lucky you’ve gotten the chance to soak up the warmth and sunshine and start enjoying all that the season has to offer. One thing I love about summertime is the ready accessibility of bright, lush and succulent fruits, to be enjoyed and consumed in all manner of delicious ways. And on such a holiday weekend, sometimes a great vehicle for fresh summer fruit is a fresh summer cocktail.
This Canada Day weekend, we’ve partnered up with Bacardi to bring you some fresh and fruity cocktail recipes that are perfect poolside or on a patio, and so very simple to make yourself at home or away.
