Indie darling and loved-by-Ellen singer/songwriter Cass McCombs released his ninth album this year, Tip Of The Sphere. Following his acclaimed 2016 album Mangy Love, McCombs’ latest is garnering critical raves as well. Cass hit the road in support of Tip of the Sphere starting in early March for a tour through North America lasting till the end of April. Opening the shows is Brooklynite Sam Evian. An accomplished songwriter and himself, Evian also served as engineer on Tip Of The Sphere. Both artists played to a packed Horseshoe Tavern in Toronto on March 11.
