Love is in the air, chocolates are everywhere, and amidst the winter blues, it doesn’t hurt to check out all the sparkly things that put a smile on your face.
So when I was invited to spend some time with Geoff and Greta, the couple behind Carnabys Bespoke Jewelry, I, of course, jumped at the chance.
As I dropped in at their location in Liberty Village in Toronto, I was warmly greeted by Geoff and Greta, and shown around the location.
The showroom is clean, simple and sleek with a strong black and gold combo, a reflection of their branding colours.
As my eyes danced around the showroom and they introduced me to some of their pieces, it was clear to see that this wasn’t your same old same jewellery store, this was a place where idea where brought to life.
We hear the word bespoke all the time, but in this case, it’s actually very fitting. With most major chains nowadays your limited to their current lines and what they have in store or possibly at other locations, but when you pay a visit to Carnabys, you can quite literally sit down and design your own custom jewellery.
Using a really fun program, they will walk you through the steps to bring you to the perfect piece, alternately, if you know exactly what you want they can build a visual replica, and then produce the real thing for you.
Using ethical material and stones, and designing their own items as well as designing one of a kind items for their customers, their pieces start as low as 150$ all the way up to, well, whatever you’re able to spend I suppose.
Men, women, kids, probably even decals for animals, I feel like after spending a day at Carnaby’s they could pretty much make any piece your little heart desires.
I ended up walking out with this great red string bracelet with a mini diamond, and I left with something for one of you as well.
I decided this year, it would be really special if I could give one lucky lady a beautiful Rose Gold and Diamond T Ring from my friends at Carnabys.
