Bombay in the Sky

What is better then enjoying a cold drink on a summer day? Having drinks in the sky!  Recently Bombay Sapphire invited me to come out and try out their newest addition “East” Gin, by flying over the city of Toronto in a luxury helicopter while sipping on the East gin and tonic.

THE EAST GIN AND TONIC
Recipe:
1 ½ oz BOMBAY SAPHHIRE EAST
Fever Tree tonic
Lemongrass stem
Cracked peppercorn
Lime wedge

Garnish:
Peppercorn sprinkle and lemongrass stem

Directions:
Press 3 small bulbs of lemongrass and lime wedge into the base of glass. Build other ingredients. Serve in a stemless red wine glass
