This week we are crushing on Dan Olsen!
Dan Olsen is an international award winning singer-songwriter. His music is best described as “acoustic pop”; authentically smiling inducing. Hailing from the Faroe Islands and based in London, United Kingdom, Dan’s musical journey has taken him all around the world. He’s recently toured China, New York, South Africa and Russia. His music has been featured on various film soundtracks (Knights of the Damned and Carnivore) leading him to working with Grammy and Brit award winning songwriters incl. Rob Davis (Kylie Minogue), Tim Fraser (Tina Turner), Martin Sutton (Celine Dion) and others.
So far 2017 has been very kind to Dan. He’s just signed with CAA (booking agency), Notting Hill Publishing, landed a record deal in China, a £1,000,000 deal with digital wealth management company Life Champions and a modeling contract with IMG Models Worldwide. This handsome gent’s career is going nowhere but up, and it’s easy to see why! Take a listen to his single “Heart into Trouble” and you’ll see what we mean:
Read more about Dan below!
What is the first thing that you notice about a potential love interest?
Eyes and personality. It’s all about that flirt and the energy between you.
What is your definition of romance?
I’m not an expert, but combining a date with travelling and nature? Add some exploring, extreme sports and/or music! I think that’d be a top date – including the dinner of course.
What’s your instant deal breaker?
Too much sarcasm or negativity.. nah, not for me. Which is to say that the opposite would seal the deal haha!
What is the best piece of romance advice you have ever received?
Add chocolate. Apparently women are as crazy about chocolate as I am. Winner!
What’s the strangest thing you have ever done to get a love interest’s attention?
Write them a song or poem? I guess depending on the situation it might be super romantic or super strange. I guess I saw it as the former while she might have been thinking the latter.
