App Addiction: Elegantly Vegan! Decadent recipes at your fingertips!

This is probably the best $3 you’ll ever spend.

I’m not sure when or how I discovered Veronica on instagram through her personal account, but it was early on enough that I got to watch her creations morph into recipe testing for the Elegantly Vegan app.

The result is a lovely, easy to navigate app full of inspiration for healthy meals, snacks and every excuse to eat in between. Split into eight sections (Breakfast’s Pleasures, Sunday Brunch, Simple Soups, Hearty Salads, Lovely Main Dishes, Yummy Comfort Food, Sophisticated Afternoon Tea and Coffee Time Treats), the recipes are available in English and Swedish, and the app even boasts a voice control function so that you can focus your hands on your cooking, rather than swiping back and forth on the phone or iPad.

You can also choose whether you’d like the recipes displayed using metric or imperial measurements, and each recipe page features a slider that allows you to adjust how many servings you’d like to yield. Now that’s pretty handy, particularly for those whose basic skills in fractions are laughably lacking (Me. We’re talking about me).

Check out some snapshots below, visit Elegantly Vegan online, and seriously, download the app on iTunes for a few peanuts that she’ll probably teach you to do something tasty and fun with.
