Addicted wants to send you to Rock’n Horse to see Trinity Bradshaw!

Do you ever have the urge to step into a hot pair of western boots, snap up your pearl button shirt and dust off your old Dakota hat? While you may think an outfit like that may get you some weird looks here in Toronto, there’s at least one place where you can unleash your inner cowboy or girl, and that’s the Rock ‘n Horse Saloon! Never been?  Well here’s your chance!  Addicted wants to give you and a friend a chance to go to Rock n’ Horse for an evening of whiskey, country eats, line dancing and some home grown country music courtesy of Trinity Bradshaw!

Last December, Rock ‘n’ Horse Saloon opened its doors as Toronto’s newest Country bar, restaurant and live music venue. Capturing the spirit of southern hospitality, it’s the ideal place for Toronto guys and gals to sit back and enjoy themselves in western style comfort. Offering up a mouth-watering menu and interactive themed activities, Rock ‘n’ Horse has become a favorite destination for Toronto’s country music lovers to indulge their southern style music addiction.

Trinity Bradshaw may hail from the East Coast of Canada, but her heart and soul belong on the stages of Nashville.  A singer, songwriter and performer from her early teens, Bradshaw has won music competitions accross the country, and winning fans over while she was at it.  With an EP dropping this summer, Bradshaw will be burning up the country and pop charts while breaking hearts and taking names all over the music industry.  On April 3rd she’ll be giving fans a special treat with a  musical showcase taking place at Rock’n Horse Saloon.

Nervous about going to a country bar for the first time?  Lucky for you Trinity Bradshaw has shared some tips for first timers!

What are your best country fashion/style tips for first timers?

My best style tip would be to have fun with the outfit, and make sure you are comfy! I am rarely ever dressed uncomfortably, and heading to a country bar is not like other environments where you have to wear short dresses and huge high heels to look good. Throw on some jeans and a tee! Wanna dress it up? Add a cute necklace.  And of course rock cowboy boots whenever possible!

What do guys and gals need to know before hitting a country bar for the first time?

I think an immediate hang-up for people may be the music and not being familiar with the artists or the lyrics. In my opinion, you don’t even have to know the words to the songs or who sings them, because no matter what you’re bound to have fun! The atmosphere at a country bar is very friendly so its really easy to join in the fun! Try not to dance … I dare you.

What are your best line dancing tips? we’ve got some beginners coming out!

I will admit that I am not the best line dancer in the world, so take this advice with your own discretion: Don’t watch your feet the entire time!  Keep your head up and go with the flow, and if all else fails just have fun!

One lucky addict and a friend will win passes to Trinity Bradshaw’s showcase on April 3rd as well as exclusive access to the VIP line dancing event (along with delicious food and tasty beverages to keep dancers strength up and thirst quenched).  We’ll be announcing our lucky winner on Twitter on April 1st.  Enter HERE for your chance to win with Addicted!
