As a good old Canadian boy, I grew up in the country surrounded by snow every winter (sometimes part of spring and fall) so I learned to skate and ski from a very early age, and I loved it, and as it happens, I still do to this day.
So when I heard all about Ski Week, and all the outdoor winter adventure that it offers, I just had to share.
The Ski Week, founded by a group of experienced ski enthusiasts, is a series of week-long ski festivals staged around the world. They have handpicked three legendary ski resorts in British Colombia to add to their extraordinary line up of alpine experiences in Japan, Aspen & Austria.
When the winter does arrive, join the world’s first snow road trip and explore British Columbia’s prized mountain resorts; Revelstoke, Sun Peaks and Silver Star. Travel 1,400 kilometres of open road with an armada of 30 RV’s; enjoy epic campouts, mountain soirées, “only in Canada” experiences and a community of intrepid adventurers and lifelong friends.
Bookings are now open. Choose between the two weeklong events: February 9 to 16 or February 23 to March 2.
Curious? See it, and ski it, for yourself:
