Ask your #MCM with Olivier Rochon

This week we are crushing on Olivier Rochon.

It’s not every day you get to interview an Olympian, so today is a good one!  Olivier Rochon represented Canada in Pyeonyang, Korea on the Freestyle skiing team.  Hailing from Gatineau, Quebec, Olivier has been skiing for over a decade. He grew up playing several sports, including hockey and soccer.  His first Olympic sport was actually gymnastics, and Oliver was actually an Olympic hopeful for the 2012 London games.  He switched to skiing shortly thereafter and the rest is history!

What is the first thing that you notice about a potential love interest?

The connection we have.

What is your definition of romance?

A relaxing moment in time where everything around you stops existing.

What is your ideal first date?

A timeless moment, trusting conversations and good food.

What is the one thing you can’t resist?

Beautiful eyes

What is the best piece of romance advice you have ever received?

Be yourself, don’t try to sell yourself and don’t think ahead of yourself.

If there was one piece of advice you could give to other men out there, what would it be?

When you meet someone you’re interested in, don’t suffocate them with your interest. Let them know gently and if they are interested they will answer you. Let time make it right. No rush.
