This week we find ourselves mesmerized by mentalist Bobby Motta.
Bobby Motta is a mentalist and mind reader who gives a performance you have to see to believe. This Toronto based manipulator of the mind began his career by performing in some of the hottest nightclubs around. Now he can be found on the stages of some of the most prestigious theaters as well as on many national broadcast television shows.
Bobby’s incredible ingenuity and stage effects have also made him one of the industry’s most sought-out consultants. He’s loaned out his tricks of the trade to the likes of David Blaine, David Copperfield and Criss Angel. He’s been featured on almost every major television network and starred in exclusive engagements for a VIP clientele list including the likes of Google, Nike and the Bank of America to name a few.
Bobby is a member of the Academy of Magical Arts (AMA) from the Magic Castle in Hollywood, California and the International Brotherhood of Magicians and the Canadian Association of Magicians. Bobby has created his own success story performing in New York, Miami, Atlantic City, Las Vegas, Europe and Asia. Currently, Bobby is developing his own theatre tour set to launch in 2018.
Bobby’s ultra-thrilling style and mesmerizing technique grabs hold and blurs the lines between reality and the paranormal realms as he pulls you in. If that’s not crushworthy, then I don’t know what is!
What is your ideal first date?
Ideal first date would be to go somewhere remote without light pollution, lying on top of a car, gazing at the starts eating homemade pizza. No cares in life while sharing some of the wonders of the universe and feeling the insignificance of our existence.
What is your instant deal breaker?
Unkept feet and bad breath. I’m not judgemental but a little pedicure and good oral health goes a long way for me.
What is the strangest thing someone has done to get your attention?
While having a casual conversation with no flirting involved at all, a girl decided it would be the ideal time to expose her breasts in full and see where things would go next. Needless to say it went nowhere. But the image has stayed with me.
If there was one piece of advice you could give to other men/women out there, what would it be?
Be confident, honest, sensitive to other people’s differences, loving and brush your teeth.
How do you keep the romance alive in your relationship?
Being adventurous and sharing those adventures together has always kept us tight and looking forward to tomorrow. We try not to be too concerned with yesterday or tomorrow and live in the moment.
